PAYMENT
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

- We accept several
forms of payments. Arizona Arts & Crafts Emporium
(AA&CE) utilizes CCNow as our
Secure Online Shopping Cart network. All orders are then billed to
the customer by our credit card processing company
and will appear on your statement as "CCNow". Through CCNow, we are able to
accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, JCB cards and even PayPal.
This includes all card types that are derivatives of those brands.
Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard
"MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.
PayPal payments are accepted online in the CCNow shopping cart.
Customers will have the option to pay via credit card or PayPal when
finalizing checkout.
All terms for a PayPal order are the same as a credit card order.
The rates, payment schedule, dispute, and other rules all still
apply.

AA&CE uses CCNow as its Authorized Online Retailer. CCNow
has an established reputation as one of the safest and securest
ways to shop on the internet of today. CCNow serves as an Authorized
Online Retailer for over 50,000 Web sites selling merchandise
online. Our shopping-cart software, managed by CCNow, runs in Secure
Mode on the Online Shopper's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.
CCNow is a certified member and proudly displays the
HACKER SAFE® certification
mark. Tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet

To ensure hackers can't steal your private information from the web
sites where you shop, ScanAlert's technology acts like a "Super
Hacker," conducting daily security scans of every known way for
hackers to break-in. Only when we can certify a site is HACKER SAFE
will you see the certification mark appear.

Arizona Arts & Crafts Emporium and CCNow maintains an Online
Shopper-friendly refund policy. Any item (except personalized items)
may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, credit or
exchange (minus shipping & handling). Please insure your return
package against loss in transit. Items must be returned to: Arizona Arts & Crafts
Emporium, Attn: Returns Department, 12659 North 19th Place, Space 40, Phoenix, Arizona
85022. If merchandise is defective, please email customer service at
CustomeService@AzArtsandCrafts.com.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility.

What should I do if my order
arrives damaged or incomplete?

AA&CE takes all measures possible to insure safe transport of all
merchandise shipped to our customers. Should an item or items be
received damaged or incomplete, Please e-mail

We will advise you on how to return/rectify the specific issue you
may have. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing.

Crafts Emporium
uses the e-mail address that is provided during ordering solely
for the purpose of providing an electronic receipt and confirmation
that your order has been received. We DO NOT gather addresses
for any other purposes.

authorized Online Credit Card Processor would like to keep you
informed via email about future product updates and special offers.
They will not pass your details onto third parties. If you do not
wish to be contacted via email, please uncheck the appropriate box
in the final stage of completing your order.

How do I delete a product that I added to my order?

- You may
delete or cancel any item prior to submitting your order. To delete
item(s) simply change the quantity (Qty.)
to zero (0)
for each item(s) you wish to remove from your order AND hit the "Refresh
Totals"
button. To modify quantity simply re-enter the new quantity and
hit the "Refresh
Totals"
button.

How do I change the quantity
for item(s) in my shopping cart?

- To
modify your order quantity on any item(s) in your "Shopping
Cart", simply re-enter the new quantity for each item
or items and hit the "Refresh
Totals"
button. This will instantly recalculate your total item(s) ordered
and the costs associated with your revised order.

- Can I order by
telephone or pay by check?

Currently, We do not accept phone orders and therefore we can not
process a check. In order to keep our administrative costs low and
offer our competitive rates, Arizona Arts & Crafts Emporium focuses
exclusively on Online Shoppers, because it is less expensive to
process orders for these types of customers. Telephone and mail
orders require a large clerical staff, which is much more costly. All purchases must be paid at the time of ordering
and since our primary credit card processing service is web based,
all payments can only be accepted through the web site and our
credit card processing company CCNow.
Online Shoppers who want to pay for merchandise from their checking
account can use a Visa or MasterCard check card or debit card,
however. These types of cards are connected directly into an Online
Shopper's checking account.
Arizona Arts & Crafts Emporium, in concert with CCNow, is looking into supporting
online checks in a future software release.
How do I cancel an order?

If you have not completely submitted your order and wish to cancel
or empty your "Shopping
Cart" you can do so by changing the quantity (Qty.)
to zero (0)
for ALL item(s) in your shopping cart AND hit the "Refresh
Totals"
button. If you
have already submitted your order and a confirmation of such was
received on screen or via email, then please contact Arizona Arts &
Crafts Emporium (AA&CE) IMMEDIATELY at
CustomerService@AzArtsandCrafts.com.
Since many of our products are created at the time of ordering it is
crucial that you make contact with us immediately so that production
on any orders can either be halted or canceled.

Can I order items as gifts?

- Every item on AA&CE
is an ideal gift that reflects the culture and rich heritage of the
Southwest. If you are looking to give a unique gift to someone
special then you have come to the right place. AA&CE does not
provide gift wrapping but we are more than happy to include, at no
additional cost, a small gift card with a personalized message.

- To order an item
that will be directly shipped to the gift recipient, AA&CE has
provide a section
for a "Shipping
Address" that
can be different than the "Billing
Address"
and this can
be entered at the time of ordering.

How do I enter a gift
message?

- If you would like to
enter a personalized gift message we would be happy to
accommodate and
provide you with a complimentary gift card
included with the product at the time of
packaging. For GIFT BASKETS a special field is
provided to add a "To & From" card message
within the shopping cart area. For all other
items,
upon
reaching the final stage of ordering at the
checkout page, there is a "Notes
/ Instructions"
section, right below the "Shipping
Address"
section. Here is where you can indicate any special
instructions such as:
"Gift - please do
not include pricing invoice and add gift card with following
message: To: Ray, From Sally - Happy Birthday
and many more...

DELIVERY / SHIPPING
When will I receive my order?

- Most
of the products available online are created at the time of purchase and
are hand-made items that can take days to prepare. Allowing for such,
our standard packing and shipping timeframes vary depending on the
craftsmanship involved per item. As a standard, items normally ship
within 7-10 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and some
holidays. After that 7-10 day creation period has passed, there is
several different mailing options available that offer varying
in-transit times for your item(s). AA&CE offers: Delivery within the
Phoenix Arizona Area (1 day); Ground Service (with a 3-6 day
in-transit range); and USPS 2nd Day Air service.

- What are the
shipping options that are available and costs?

- The “Shipping
Charge” includes the cost of packaging, handling and postage. Each
product has been assigned a shipping charge based on its'
predetermined weight range, size and method of mailing. As such, the
shipping fee can increase as more products are added if the total
weight of your final order substantially increases. DELIVERY (within
the Phoenix, Arizona area) is calculated at one flat rate despite
the number of products ordered.

Delivery Within Phoenix, Az (1 day):
$20.00 total cost

Within the United States
(Ground 3-6 days):
Cost is determined by total
weight of your complete order. This fee increases with each product added if
the added product dramatically increases your total shipments final weight.
Shipping costs include postage, insurance, handling and packaging.

2nd Day Air:
This is an optional shipping service offered for U.S.
customers but is mandatory for Overseas customers. The shipping cost is
based on total weight of your complete order and uses current United State
Postal Service 2nd Day Air
shipping rates with insurance, handling and packaging fees added in.

internationally?

- We do ship to
international addresses however the only mailing option available
for such is 2nd Day Air. The
shipping cost is based on total weight of your complete order and
uses current USPS 2nd Day Air shipping rates with insurance,
handling and packaging fees added in.

- Can parts of my
order be shipped to different addresses?

- At this current
time, AA&CE can not ship or accept several
different ship-to addresses within one consolidated order. If you
wish to ship to varying addresses you can still do so by purchasing
your items, intended for each address, as separate orders entirely.
This method does not necessarily have any additional cost associated
with it since the only variable would be the shipping cost and
currently that cost is based on weight.

- Example: 10
items weigh a total of 20 pounds so shipping
fees would be based on the
20 pound rate. Split the order and lets say each separate order has 5
items and each order weighs 10 pounds each. Pay shipping costs for two
(2) 10 pound orders which is normally the same cost for a
combined 20 pound order.
